Block Breaker App Terms

Using the game

You may use the game for personal play, including its built-in challenge and sharing features. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse advertising or payment systems, or redistribute game assets without permission or another lawful basis. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

Availability

The game is coming soon and is not publicly released. Features may change before launch. Core gameplay works offline; advertising, consent updates, purchases and restoration depend on third-party services and connectivity. No uninterrupted service, particular device performance, ad availability or launch date is promised.

Local saves

Keep manual backups if your progress matters to you, especially before erasing data, uninstalling or changing devices. Saves are local and can be lost through device or storage failure. Import replaces progress and closes the current run. There is no developer account or automatic cloud-save recovery; support cannot retrieve a missing local save remotely.

Optional purchases

The planned download is free, with ads and an optional Remove Ads purchase. Remove Ads removes automatic banners and interstitials; voluntary rewarded revival remains separate. Google Play displays the applicable price and processes checkout. The app’s checkout is available in the adult experience. A purchase unlocks only after verification; pending transactions do not unlock benefits. There are no subscriptions in the current implementation.

Use Restore purchases in Settings → More Settings → Purchases with the purchasing Play account and an internet connection. Local offline ownership can depend on the most recent verified record. Backups do not transfer purchase entitlements.

Refunds and other remedies depend on applicable law and Google Play’s policies. Read Google Play’s current purchase-refund guidance or contact support. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services and privacy

Google AdMob, UMP and Google Play, and any document or sharing provider you choose, operate under their own terms and policies. The app privacy policy explains the data involved. Challenge results are exchanged asynchronously and are not verified online rankings.

Creative work

The game’s code, artwork and other materials are protected where applicable by intellectual-property law and their respective licenses. Bundled third-party notices remain applicable. Use of the names Block Breaker and Wiser Space here is not a claim of legally cleared or exclusive trademark rights.

For help, see Block Breaker Support. Material changes to these terms will be noted on this page with the updated date and highlighted on the game’s information page. Any mandatory notice, consent or consumer protection required by applicable law still applies.
