Block Breaker Data Controls

Effective 23 October 2026 · Updated 23 October 2026

Practical controls for your device and your correspondence. Block Breaker has no developer player-account system or remote-wipe service.

Erase local progress

  1. Keep an Export backup copy first if you may want your progress later.
  2. Open Settings → More Settings → Your progress.
  3. Select Erase progress, read the confirmation, then select Erase local progress.

This replaces your local gameplay profile, including scores, stars, settings and the active run. It keeps the selected age group and Google Play purchases. If saving the replacement fails, the app keeps the existing profile; do not assume erasure succeeded when a save warning appears.

Clear all local app data

In Android Settings, open Apps → Block Breaker → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage/Clear data. Names vary by device. This removes the app’s local saves, preferences and cached service records. Uninstalling also removes app-private data. Export before either action if you want to preserve progress. The app does not provide automatic cloud-save recovery.

Delete exported backups separately

Erase progress, clearing app data and uninstalling do not remove files you exported. Use your chosen file manager or document/cloud provider to delete those copies, including any provider trash or version history. An import replaces progress, closes the current run and keeps the current age choice; purchases are not transferred in a backup.

Review advertising choices

Go to Settings → More Settings → Privacy & support → Age & advertising to revisit the age-group choice. Under-18 and undisclosed experiences do not request ads or enable checkout. Changing the group stops new requests; close the app to end an already initialized SDK process.

Use Advertising privacy in the same section when the Google consent service makes it available. Android’s Settings also offers advertising-ID controls; look for Ads under Google or Privacy, then reset or delete the advertising ID where supported. Options vary by Android version. See Google’s advertising-ID explanation.

Request deletion of support emails

Email support.wiserspace@gmail.com from the address used for the correspondence where possible. Describe which issue or messages you want deleted; do not send identity documents, passwords or payment-card information. There is no game account to sign into.

Support correspondence is normally deleted 12 months after an issue is resolved, unless an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation requires longer retention. A request covers publisher-held correspondence, not your own sent mail or independent provider records.

Purchases and provider records are separate

A Google Play account is not an account created by this game. Local reset does not cancel purchases, request refunds or delete Google’s advertising or transaction records. Use Restore purchases for eligible ownership, Google Play’s refund process for refunds and Google Account privacy controls for Google-held information.

See the Block Breaker Privacy Policy for further details and applicable rights.
