Terms of use
Last updated 9 September 2026
The rules for using craftlykit.com and the software published through it. Using the site means accepting these terms — if you do not accept them, the appropriate response is to stop using it.
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Saad Ali, operating as CraftlyKit from Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. They cover craftlykit.com, the TabVault site at extensions.craftlykit.com, the OdDraw hub at games.craftlykit.com once it launches, and the software published through them.
Using the site and the software
You may use this site and anything published on it for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge, without registering an account. There is no licence key, no seat count, and nothing to renew.
You may not:
- Use the site or its software for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the law in your own jurisdiction.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site’s operation — including automated traffic at a volume that degrades it for other people.
- Redistribute, resell, or repackage the software as your own, including uploading a copy of an extension to a store under a different name.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any attribution or licensing notice.
- Use automated means to click, generate impressions on, or otherwise interfere with advertising displayed on the site.
Intellectual property
The name CraftlyKit, the site’s design, its written content, and the software published here belong to Muhammad Saad Ali unless stated otherwise on the page in question.
You are welcome to quote from the writing here with attribution and a link. You are not welcome to republish whole articles, with or without attribution — if you want to use something at length, ask, and the answer will usually be yes.
Some projects may be released under an open-source licence. Where that is the case it is stated on the project’s own page or in its repository, and that licence takes precedence over this section for that project.
Third-party content and links
This site links to external sites — browser extension stores, documentation, and pages referenced in articles. Those sites are not under this site’s control, and linking to one is not an endorsement of everything on it. Their own terms apply once you leave.
Advertising displayed on this site is supplied by third parties. Adverts are not reviewed or endorsed individually, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
Availability
This is a site run by one person. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance, because of a hosting problem, or for reasons entirely outside anyone’s control. No uptime is promised, and no service level is offered. Projects may be updated, changed, or withdrawn without notice — although a withdrawn project will be marked as such rather than silently deleted.
No warranty
Everything here is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Software written carefully by one person still has bugs in it, and the honest position is to say so rather than to promise otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhammad Saad Ali is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this site or its software.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
Content you send
If you send a message through the contact form or by email — including a bug report, a feature suggestion, or an idea — you grant permission to use it to improve the software and, where relevant, to write about the problem it describes. Personal details from your message are not published. How that data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Children
This site is suitable for a general audience, including people under 18. There are no accounts, so nothing requires parental consent to create. How children’s data is handled is covered in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the site changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you use this site from somewhere else, you remain responsible for complying with your own local law.
